Mystery Box Challenge:
- Tonight's challenge is Sea Urchin.
- Tali, when looking at the moving sea urchin says, "It looks beautiful...it kinda represents me right now." What?
- Gordon Ramsay shows the contestants the proper way to kill, cut and empty the sea urchin.
- Sixty minutes on the clock.
- Josh's choice to under perform: David Martinez
- Christine's choice: Monti
- Becky wants to see Monti go home. She "questions her as a Masterchef" and once again mentions that "this isn't best home chef on a budget." Catty.
- After tasting throughout the challenge and judging presentation, the top 3 sea urchin dishes are:
- Felix (second time in top 3)
- Josh (first time in top 3)
- Stacy (second(?) time in top 3)
- The winner of the Sea Urchin Mystery Box Challenge: Felix
Elimination Challenge:
- Felix gets a "colossal" advantage over the competition
- She gets to hand select each and every fish that she and her competitors will cook
- Fish range from Salmon (easy) to Halibut (more difficult) to John Dory and Rock Fish (most difficult)
- Felix chooses Halibut, while Becky gets Rock Fish and Frank gets Cat Fish
- Felix gives Monti the John Dory and an insult to match
- Christine gets the Salmon
- Sixty minutes on the clock
- Monti struggles with the butchering of the John Dory
- People continue to underestimate Monti and vote her as the next to go
- Joe feels that Christine is making a "pretty pedestrian dish" and suggests that today could be the first time she ends up in the bottom 3.
- Tali's "trial run" fish is spit into the sink by Gordon Ramsay
- Tali is frustrated the Ramsay interrupted him during his genius artist moment
- Felix, who chose a difficult fish, overcooked her halibut. The judges all agree that she made a bonehead decision
- Monti's John Dory is "perfectly cooked" and according to Ramsay, Felix's plan backfired.
- Felix says Monti got lucky
- Frank got flavors out of his catfish that Graham Elliot "never would have thought you could get."
- Becky cooked a delicious Rock Fish
- David's Yellowtail was "completely raw" and overcomplicated
- Tali prepared Archtic Char and was shushed by Joe as he began to go on and on about his dish. "You've consistently disappointed us," said Joe. Needless to say, the dish was terrible.
- Christine had the easiest fish and produced her worst dish of the competition.

- Monti
- Frank - "dish of the day"
- Monti and Frank will be team captains in the next challenge
